Buyer reviewWendy is a competent, caring professional in a very crowded field. Her attention to detail and compassion is what made this experience positive. She never lost site of what was important to me. I came away with nothing but respect and a friendship for Wendy. It never felt like a business deal. Being out of state it was very difficult at times to get things to move. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure that any trip that I had to make to Newport was important. She handled every roadblock with finesse. She guided me through some pretty rough patches. She always had a willing ear to listen to my issues and concerns. I would recommend Wendy to anyone as they will truly enjoy (yes enjoy!) their experience!

Wendy put aside our fears and let us know that everything would turn out the way it should! It did! She listened to our concerns. She gave great advise and while in her role to sell the property made sure that we were always informed of the events! Her partnerships with other vendors in the community was also extremely helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable in selling houses. She was thoughtful and dedicated to making sure the property looked good and sold for the best price!
