Seller reviewWendy Zepeda did everything over and above expectations, She directed our pre-sale activity to ensure a seamless sales process, She was very informative before he contract and in understanding the contract. Weekly Wendy would send an email of the progress of the sale and where it had been advertised, how many seen by and offers. She gave great advice about understanding each offer and guided our sales strategy to getting a full price sale. She didn't have to come to the escrow office at signing but she made certain to be there and for us to be able understand the process.
