I was first licensed around 1977/1978 working for our family owned real estate company, Seattle Landmark Realty. This was a time when listings were bound in a book and delivered once a week. In 2003, I began working for Century 21 REC, almost 25 years now, moving forward. I sincerely appreciate our company culture at C21 REC. I am joyful with, and, am inspired by my clients. My services run with them for life. Most became good friends and many like family. I am honored with this gift. That's how great it is to be a real estate broker.

Buyer reviewWilhelmina responded enthusiastically to our search. It was difficult even to get other brokers to pick up the phone. The housing market in the Redmond area moves very fast. Our search criteria and expectations were also constantly evolving, and Wilhelmina not only kept pace, but anticipated many of our requests. Our thinking moved from short to mid-term rental, to town home, to purchase of an existing property, to purchase of a new-build. The search covered large portions of King County, and Wilma was always quick to respond to our inquiries about new areas. Thanks to her guidance and thoroughness, escrow, inspection and closing were perfectly smooth. Wilhelmina Escandar has the patience of a saint and the good humor of Santa Claus. She is a gem! Wilhelmina was always accessible, even at short notice when the need arose.She must have shown us 50 homes, sometimes more than once. It paid off for us and helped us eventually to narrow our search down to one particular neighborhood, and one house! We heartily recommend Wilhelmina Escandar to prospective buyers!
