Seller reviewMr. Cornelis' evaluation of the value of the property clearly demonstrated that he has a very strong feel for current trends and property values for the market he serves. Bill was a very skilled negotiator when it came time for the give and take to settle on the final selling price. His aggressive approach to counter offers enabled us to realize a far higher price for the property than we ourselves were initially willing to accept. And above all else, Bill is an extremely calm, pleasant, and easy person to work with. My family and I are extremely pleased with his service, and would definitely utilize his services again in any future property transactions.
