Buyer reviewBud Pride brings a level of personal attention and professionalism that sets the standard for realtors. We have bought and sold multiple properties over the last ten years and no one else has come close to matching Bud. His friendly personality, local familiarity, thorough real estate knowledge combined with his excellent communication skills made this process rewarding both personally and professionally. Bud did a great job of navigating the listing agency, an uncooperative tenant and a difficult owner to get a great price locked in and resolved all issues reasonably and timely. We had met a few other local realtors and there was no one that we wanted to work with except Bud. His approach and personality is second to none. I will miss working with him. My only complaint is that I didn't ask what his favorite food is so we could have him over for dinner at our new house.
