He was very knowledgeable about the market and confident about the sale of our home. The sale happened quickly and at a price we were happy with. Bill was willing to work with us before we were actually ready to buy, and that's what initially sold us on him. When we were ready to buy, Bill made himself available when we needed him. He was very patient with us as we were first-time home buyers and were learning as we went along, and was sensitive to our needs and wants. He was really great during the house-hunting process as he had plenty of experience to have an intuitive feel for what properties may work or not. Even after the closing, he checked up on us and continued to be an advocate for us as we had some issues with repairs that were agreed upon in our contract with the seller. Overall, a great experience!

My husband and I felt very lucky that I had found Bill while we were searching online from Florida. We were relocating to a new state and we needed an agent that knew the area and wasn't going to rush us into to buying something. Our overall experience was awesome and we consider Bill a family friend now. We trust him completely. We will refer him to any family and friends that will be moving to the triangle.
