Buyer reviewWe had previously used other broker/agents prior to working with Wilma. They seemed either inexperienced, uninformed, and could not seem to understand our needs and wants. Wilma was capable of everything we could have asked for in an agent. She held our hand through our scariest home purchase yet, a foreclosure. She also served as a guiding light throughout the process, and helped keep our heads level. I don't think we could have survived this lengthy process without her support and help.

Buyer reviewWilma was always available and accommodating. She knew the area extremely well, and her 30 years of real estate experience were obvious throughout our search for a home. She always had our best interest in mind, and despite what felt like an endless search for a home; she never let us get discouraged. Ultimately, we found our dream home and we definitely owe it to Wilma. I certainly would recommend Wilma to my friends and family. I would feel comfortable in knowing that they would be taken care of with the respect and thoughtfulness that she took care of me and my family.

Buyer reviewWilma answered my questions quickly and clearly. She probably had several busy multi-tasking days but never got flustered. This was critical because I no longer live in Panama City and was buying sight unseen. (She even helped when my internet skills failed me.) She went above the call of duty with information the closing agent could/ should have provided. I do wish that she and I had discussed the purchase contract more thoroughly because I would have included my husband on it but I will be fixing this easily in a few weeks. This is partly "my bad" because I should have spoken up, although I was pretty excited about my purchase.
