First and foremost, Yana is a very receptive to your needs, and she is always on the lookout for what's in your best interest. She is caring and really takes the time to listen to what is important to you as a buyer. If I were to ever need the services of a realtor, I wouldn't hesitate to call Yana. Additionally, when it comes to negotiations, Yana can be very tenacious. She is firm and tells you honestly what she thinks your best outcome will be in every situation.
