I also have an intimate understanding of relocation; I lived and worked in Prague, CZ, from 1993 - 1997, in outboard motor and aluminimum boat manufacturing-upon our return to the US we settled in Falls Church, VA. I was born and raised in south eastern Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a major in Communications. Buyer reviewYanji helped me through a very difficult and convoluted closing process; she kept me up to date on all the paperwork requirements and the risks associated with each step of the process. I never had to call her to ask her the status of contract contingent, inspection agreements, etc; she was simply fantastic in this regards. Yanji's attention to detail during the open houses (pointing out the risks w/ the HVAC system, water pipes, etc) provided me with more insight about my potential home purchases. The housing inspection and negotiation alone saved me thousands of dollars. We plan to use Yanji again in the future and we would definitely recommend her services to our friends.
