It wasn't until we met with Young Yim, did we finally find a broker that was very knowledgeable about the Fairfax, VA area and truly listened to our family's needs and requirements in a house. Young Yim worked with us every step of the way making the home buying experience comfortable. She is very professional and easily accessible working within our busy schedules. She personally guided us through the sale and purchase--from staging and updating our old home for a quick sale, to finally closing on a new house after walking us through almost a hundred homes. It was clear during the entire process that we were benefiting from her years of experience in realty, and I don't know what more my family and I could have asked for in an agent. Her recommendation for the Inspector for the condo was also excellent. I felt very comfortable with Ms. Yim. She is very respectful and honest and I was very pleased with every interaction. Things went very smoothly. I was out of the area for some of the interactions, but Ms. Young stayed on top of things and kept me informed. She is very accommodating.
