Buyer reviewWriting from early 2022. The interest rates are going up and everyone is looking to close a house. Inflation is out of control and housing prices are 20% higher than 2021. I am a first time home buyer. This felt like a war. Every time I found a house I liked, it was cash-purchased sight unseen and every day it felt like the interest rates were going up. Young Yim fought for us and got us a home at a great price in a great neighborhood. Great agent and great person.

Buyer reviewI was recommended by a co-worker after he worked with Young on his home purchase. Working with Young was great even in this tough market. We pushed through many unchosen offers until the home we closed on. Throughout the whole experience Young was very supporting and understanding through the whole process. Young was very professional during our home searching. The biggest trait that I take away from working with her is that I never felt like a normal client, I felt like she genuinely cared about every process of searching and buying a home. To the point where I felt I was working with a close friend of family member. This market has been very tough. After the first two months I understood that a lot of the homes we were interested in were not feasible due to being beat by no contingencies or cash offers. We had a good game plan after realizing this and it worked out in the end. I had a great experience working with Young and would do over again. I will recommend her to my friends and co workers looking in the DMV area.
