Buyer reviewAfter doing internet searches for almost 2 years for 'houses for sale in Dudley GA', this one came up in my search. My friend had already highly recommended Yvonne and she was the listing realtor on the yard sign with her phone number. When I called to tell her we wanted to make an offer and asked for more information since the house was under construction, she was knowledgeable, available to meet me on my schedule, and contacted the builder for answers to questions she couldn't answer. Very impressed with her from start to finish and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Yvonne always got timely and accurate answers to my questions and she was responsive to the requests from the mortgage lender and attorney we were using. Even though she has sold 10 million dollars worth of property this year, she made me feel like her most important buyer. Wow. I wish I had the money to buy 100 houses from Yvonne. She made the whole process enjoyable.
