Seller reviewYvonne Shchnitzius made it possible for my wife and me to pursue a dream by selling our house in North Richland Hills. Our house had some unique features. One was its size with six bedrooms. We hoped the right family would be able to buy it. She found that families with five kids, needing room to spread out and are able to ride their bikes to school. As a bonus, Yvonne helped our daughter and her husband find a perfect starter home that fit their newly married budget. My wife and I had been looking for something for over a year and Yvonne found it within a month of engaging her. Both transactions have changed our lives and we're grateful.

Buyer reviewIf I could only describe Yvonne in a few words it would be patient and positive. She showed us probably 25+ houses (which I understand is a lot!) and never at any moment did she get annoyed or frustrated. In fact, she would often react in the opposite way by saying things like "it's okay...the right house is still out there for you." Yvonne is also one of the most ethical and professional individuals I've ever met. Whether it was staying neutral during the thick of the hunt, or dealing with the tense negotiations, she always conducted herself in a way that was fair to everyone involved. Yvonne was great at explaining the process and would even stay up late doing back-and-forths with the selling agent to reach a resolution. She was never the type to turn off her phone because "it was bed time." She worked until everything was handled, and my husband and I felt comfortable with the situation. We couldn't have asked for a better partner in this major milestone and we are so grateful for Yvonne.
