Mike Ferrante was beyond exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, creative with negotiating, empathetic. In short, we could not have asked anything more out of Mike and his team. They were absolutely top class and we will recommend him to anyone we encounter that may be looking for a realtor. We dealt with his teammate, Tracy Dauenhauer, and she was an excellent member of Mike's team. She was consistent with his style, creative, responsive, helpful, friendly. We truly had as good of an experience as one could expect in a home buying/selling process. Mike and his team will guide you through the process, keep you informed of anything you might need, handle various details, provide useful insights when negotiating the sale/purchase of the home, are exceptionally responsive, and just top notch friendly people. Again, I cannot recommend him enough.

Working with Mike was the best real estate experience I've ever had. The sale of my home was complicated by my being out-of-state, but Mike helped keep an eye on the property and the progress of the sale. He and his team listened well, responded positively but realistically, and went the extra mile when I needed them to. I recommend him without hesitation.

I had not so good experience with the previous broker, so I try Mike because I saw property of him. I get much better professional and service and I trust him much more Really everything was great. Also When we found good deal and wanted to react fast Mike was fast responding to see, give his impression and make an offer Tracy was too very helpful in the times I was need her

The Mike team is very professional, personable and know what is needed to sell a house quickly! I was very impressed with their sales strategies. I was so impressed that I listed my second house with them. I had another realtor before them and all she did was open houses. In six months she did not sell the house. I interviewed multiple realtors after the six months were up and decided to choose the Mike Team. The reason being how personable they were. The selling strategies presented and just the overall "good feeling" I had about the team. Time proved that I was right in choosing the Mike Team. I couldn't have picked a better team to sell my house!
