Mike is an excellent broker. He is knowledgeable, and able to handle very difficult situations. He lays out everything on the table, and is able to convince me on very harsh and difficult decisions. I would strongly recommend Mike Ferrante to anyone, especially those with special needs. He is not a sales agent that you meet everyday.

Mike was wonderful. With his tips and suggestions to make slight adjustments to the appearance of our house, it sold in less than a week! We even got more than what we expected for the home. Mike and his team were always available for questions and we loved working with them. Mike has a laid back approach that really worked well for us. Never felt any pressure in making decisions about pricing the house and during negotiations. He guided us to make the right decisions and ulitmately got the house sold, a lot faster than expected!

When searching for our new home, we chose Mike Ferrante's team because I knew Mike already. He had always been a friendly and knowledgeable face, even prior to our home search. This made it easy to make our choice. During the searching and buying process, Mike's team was "spot on" with what my fiance and I were looking for. They helped out at all hours of the day/night and were prepared for all the questions we had for them. During the closing process, Mike's team stepped in to bat for us, as we needed to close by a certain date. After closing, once again Mike's team was right there fighting for us with the home warranty company. It's now 2 months after close and we still keep in touch with Mike's whole team. Couldn't recommend anyone better. Thanks Mike, Tony, and David!

Tony sold my house fast by not letting the interested parties go. He stayed on them and we came to an agreement quickly. You can just tell the amount of experience that Tony has. Truly a professional. I never met any of the office staff, but Tony speaks highly of them. Tony goes above and beyond what you expect from a Realtor. Great job!
