Ricardo and his team did an amazing job selling my house. Ultimately, it is the results that matter, and in my case the house went into escrow within one week and closed on schedule, without any hitches, and over my asking price. I did not expect that things would go so well and was very pleasantly surprised. I think there are many reasons for such a smooth transaction. First, Ricardo helped me price the house correctly so that it would be competitive in the current environment (note that correctly does not mean low as the house still sold for more than I expected going into the sale). Second, Ricardo gave me good advice when negotiating with the buyers. He stood up for my interests, but helped me negotiate in the way that would not put off the buyer and risk losing the deal. Third, Ricardo and his team were instrumental in keeping the transaction on schedule. They were prompt with all the involved paperwork, helped me address any inspection concerns with contractor recommendations, etc. Finally, and probably most importantly, they delivered a good buyer. In all honestly I don't have too much visibility into this aspect of the transaction, and it could have just been very good luck, but I believe Ricardo's years of experience and connections in the industry have certainly played an important part. In any case, I am very thankful to Ricardo and his team would definitely recommend his services to anyone else selling a home in the area!
