We first got to know Ann through a referral from Steve VanRooy in 2012. Since then we have used her on all our real estate transactions except for buying a lot from the Tax office and building on it. Ann has earned our trust and we don't even consider working with other realtors.

I'm incredibly fortunate to have found Ann Weaver. Ann is the consummate professional realtor, and perhaps the hardest working person I've ever met. Ann is constantly available, exceptionally well-organized, and her communication is fantastic. She has tremendous in-depth knowledge and experience. At closing, I honestly believe Ann was the most knowledgeable person in the room, more so than the attorneys and the closing agent. On top of all this, Ann is a real person, down-to-earth, with fantastic people skills, and the ability to read others. I've never met anybody like her. She's simply the best.
