I placed my trust in Art to take care of us and to look out for our best interested. He met and exceeded our anticipated level of service. Seller reviewArt Furtney replied to any emails/phone calls within a hour or two even on the weekends. Even though I wasn't expecting a reply so quickly, it was very nice to have one. It was a sign that he was always available. When selling a house, it's a very good feeling to know that the sell is in someone's hands that is not only very capable, but also made sure all went well. Anyone I dealt with at Art's office was very polite & helpful.
