I had just suffered the very tragic loss of my fiance and was faced with selling my home and purchasing another new home during this very hard time. We chose Amy to help with these real estate transactions. I had talked with another agent that I had worked with in the past. My daughter was familiar with Amy's work ethic, her passion for selling homes as well as her success. Choosing Amy to represent me for my real estate transactions was the best real estate decision I'd made in my 20+ years of being a home owner. Considering the event that had just taken place in my life they worked with me to help me get everything that I needed to ensure that both transactions happened without a hitch. In my opinion they went over and above any normal expectations any homeowner could ever consider. Amy and Tamra were always available or returned my calls in a very timely manner. They have great connections to help with everything that comes up during a home sale. Amy was attentive to my desire of where I wanted my new home to be. With her attention to that it did not take long to find my new home. The home that I was selling was marketed very well and we had 2 full prices offers in hours of the house going on the market. I have to say that with the passion that Amy has for selling homes, it makes her one of the best real estate agents that I've dealt with. Matt and his team at Veritas were equally incredible to work with. Very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Kim was very helpful and sweet in helping me get documents that I needed for the underwriter. She also introduced me to a new insurance agent which I switched to upon closing escrow with whom I'm saving money on both my home and auto insurance. Matt was very prompt to get me pre-approved, that made it very helpful to be able to start looking at homes in my price range. He was very helpful with anything I needed during this time as well. About a week before closing my home was robbed, they took a lot of personal and financial documents. I called Matt that evening and he advised what I should do to protect my credit during this crucial time as my loan was in underwriting. He also provided me all the information for my open creditors so that I could call and protect my accounts. He was a real life saver! Tracey at Magellan made both closing very easy and fun, she is a sweet lady and very enjoyable to work with. I have referred Amy and her team to a co-worker who recently re-located to UT from CA and is looking to purchase a home. I will always refer anyone to Amy as I believe she will do the best job for anyone she represents. I couldn't be more happy, grateful and thankful for choosing to use Amy as my real estate agent!
