We were impressed by her credentials found online and we made an appointment. As soon as we met Gayle in person, we realized that she was the perfect person to accompany us throughout our journey. Gayle never pressured us to buy for the sake of a quick commission: she took us to several tours, pointed out anything she noticed to make our choice an authentic process (things we were looking for, things that were desirable to have, and things to take into account if buying), worked hard to find answers to our questions. It was our great experience that first time around that made us ask her to help up sell our home five years later. Selling a house when you live out of state is a stressful experience. Janean did such a wonderful job navigating the process with us. The house sold so quickly and thanks to her teams thoughtful approach - had multiple offers to consider.
