Brenda was exceptional and I highly recommend her for buying or selling needs! Brenda was attentive and knowledgeable the entire time, from discussions to the final sale of our home. Brenda was there for us every step of the way. She has the greatest patience and respect. She is always available when needed. Brenda truly understood every aspect of our sale and always had the answers to our questions.

She anticipates what we needs, explains every issue in great detail, and does not accept ambiguous responses for our benefit. We would not have been able to make this transition without her. We chose to include Brenda in every step of the purchasing and building process. Please note that Brenda never physically handled any money, BUT she was able to help us interpret documents, etc. and dealings with the lender. She explained everything in great detail and we are very happy with her attentiveness. ABOVE REPROACH AND EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN ALL OF THE ABOVE CATEGORIES. AGAIN, EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!
