She always got back to me in a timely manner, and did so with such great knowledge. She worked with us and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening; I never felt in the dark. Heidi was a great listener and did an amazing job helping us with this great big decision. She was caring, helpful and completely understanding that our 4 year old needed to be part of the process. Heidi helped us with our inspection and went above and beyond when quotes were needed on a few items that we needed fixed. Heidi is so good at communicating and always on time. She really got to know our family and what our needs and wants were. She wasn't pushy at all and extremely patient. Even when we found homes that seemed perfect and we just didn't feel right about them, she was understanding and supportive.
