Our experience with C21 Sakamar was GREAT! Our agent Phil Cini is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his commitment to his customers. We chose to put our home on the market in December. For obvious reasons December is one of the most difficult months for home sales. Phil was vey professional in all facets of the experience. He took the time to do a proper evaluation of our home, reviewing local comps, going over all the important documents, and taking professional photographs to include in the home listing. We listed our home in early December and before the month was over our home was SOLD. My wife and I were extremely happy.
