We have been buddies ever since I cold called Century 21, one night 2 years ago, and subsequently bought my 1st place in Helena MT with her as my broker. She represents me as I would be represented without direction. Her health is important to me as I intend to employ her as my broker for as long as I am buying and selling real estate in this region. with Krissy's invaluable help, I negotiated a new house that was originally listed at $689K that was relisted at $595K (when we started scrutinizing it) all the way down to $575K final sale price in an area that averages $303 to $313/sqft. $274/sqft final sale price. Krissy RULES!!!
