Seller reviewWith us being out of state Krissy Ludricks went over and above getting our home ready for market. She found cost effective repair people to get the house ready for sale. She made sure everyone was paid and expenses were covered. She made sure everything was taken care of. The customer service and friendliness was more of a friend than just a realtor. For being so far away it was an enjoyable experience. We would definitely use her again if we ever needed to.
