My husband and I were new to the market and Karen helped us to learn the market and find a home that we will love living in. We looked for close to 8 months and Karen was informative, supportive and patient throughout our process. Then, in a competitive bidding situation, Karen guided us along a path that eventually landed us the contract. We will absolutely recommend Karen to others in need of an agent, and would love to do business with her again ourselves (although we don't plan on leaving our fabulous new home any time soon!).

I found Karen to be a unique blend of pragmatic and professional, on one hand, and warm and personable, on the other. As I mentioned earlier, she was persistently upbeat, which a seller needs--selling a house is more difficult than I had thougt. At the same time, she was frank about the market value of the house and what I needed to do to prepare it for sale. This meant that my expectations were realistic and in line with the outcome.

Karen is well known in our area and for good reason. She is phenomenal. The whole process couldn't have gone better. She's great.

I don't know if it would be possible for me to put into words how much I enjoyed working with Karen. She helped find me my house and it was a no-brainer when deciding who I would use as my sellers agent. Karen's attitude, work ethic, friendship and overall personality are reasons I loved working with her and if I had been staying in the area would have worked with her again in a heartbeat. She is a godsend and I wish she would move to Texas so she could find me my new home and the sell it when needed. Karen was amazing to me as I dealt with the process from afar. I was no longer in state but she listened to me every time I would call and explained everything to me clearly and in detail. I always felt welcomed by her and that she genuinely loved what she was doing. I know she does and it shows in every aspect of her job. We should clone her.
