David helped us navigate it well, and understood the sellers needs. He presented our offer in person to them, and was a very open communicator. We appreciated his approach and would strongly recommend!

Seller reviewDavid was there for me related to the sale of my house. I had been through 2 years of rough times and disagreement within the circle of my family. When I first called him, it was just to actually get a second estimate that I could take into court for the estate hearing. I explained it to him and he told me no problem. The paperwork, for the court was detailed and professionally done. I even questioned the amount he listed my house value as possibly being high. He quickly offered to go to court and explain if it was needed. This really impressed me since he was not my agent at that time and was so willing to go theextra mile for me. His consideration, timely response and true concern led me to reconsider who I wished to sign with for the sale of My house. David was always available and willing to stop by if necessary to answer any questions I or my lawyer had. David was just the person I needed to help me get through the last obstacle related to my husband of 50 years death. Thank you
