Seller reviewI would recommend Century 21 First Group to anyone wanting to sell their home in the NE Texas area. My home was viewed every day and I was contacted about each showing. I had 2 offers before one week was completed and my closing went through just fine. I would highly recommend Ruth Woods as a superb agent. She was on top of everything and didn't hesitate to let me know what I needed to do on my end to get things done either! I moved out of state before closing so she was just awesome making sure everything was smooth right to the end.

Ruth made the buying process very easy She always went the extra mile she would even go to the homes we were interested in and video them for us when we could not look at them ourselves.
