Erica represented me well from the beginning when I didn't know exactly what I wanted to sitting by my side as I happily signed my closing papers. Erica was very quick in getting things done. She would reply and get in the process of what was needed right away. She also had a great connection to an inspector that was top notch as well as many other helpful people.
