Erin made the process as a first time home buyer fairly easy and explained to me the whole process from start to finish. She kept me well within my budget and was very thorough and knowledgeable in each home viewing. I am very satisfied with her representation of myself throughout my home buying experience.

I was an off island seller and she immediately stepped right in and took control of what needed to be done with the property, scheduled a handyman, took lots of pictures/videos, and she got the property sold fast! Highly recommended and would use again!

Erin took us to see the homes we had requested including some additional she thought suited our preferences. We found a home in 2 days and she expertly guided us through the process making the whole experience seamless! There was no question who we listed with when we recently had to sell our home. Again, Erin is a top notch performer. We were in Escrow within 10 days. She is not only professional, responsive, and knowledgeable but has the unique ability to instantly befriend those she works with. Her patience, genuine kindness and active listening skills coupled with the lack of pressure are a rare combination in a realtor. Erin is absolutely wonderful!

We felt like we were her first priority and she kept us very up-to-date through our home search and replied to all of our questions via phone call and text promptly. She has checked in with us several times since we have closed and moved into our home and actually cares about her clients on a personal level! I would definitely use Erin again. She knows what she's doing!
