I couldn't ask for a better experience with my first ever purchase. Francine and Jen, along with their other colleagues, were very personable and professional. Even in those stressful moments they never faulted. They helped guide me in the right direction and they made sure my needs were met. They had such an attention to detail and were able to respond quickly to any concerns I had. I definitely feel like I've gained family in this process and look forward to working with Francine again in the future.

Francine was fantastic! Selling a house can be very stressful and she always put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, she was always leading the way in important decisions and I really trusted her opinion. She was knowledgeable, smart and fun! I would chose her again in a heartbeat. I'm actually sad the experience is over. Highly highly highly recommend her.
