I cannot say enough positive things regarding my experience with Felicia Finn. I would recommend Felicia to anyone who was selling or buying a home as a matter fact I have, and their experience is the same as mine. She is very knowledgeable of the area of the real estate market and what is a fair pricing of homes in the area. Felicia, was pleasurable to work with patient kind always available and workable with my schedule as looking for a Home took me in the area that I wanted to be in and the homes that I wanted to see. She answered all the questions that I had in selling and buying a home and only wanted me to feel comfortable in the decision I made. Hopefully I will not need to go through this experience again, but if I need to Felicia Finn will be the first person I call. 10 Stars for Felicia.

Felicia was very knowledgeable of the are and was attuned to my needs. Answered any questions and concerns that I had even when I asked the same questions over and over again. Was very aware of the market and culture in the neighbor I was selling my house in. Felicia was right on top of every process that I needed to do and any professional that I needed to reach out to. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with. Although selling your home after 44 years is emotional, she made the process less stressful.

My father passed away while his house was on the market. Felicia was very flexible with helping us figure out the next steps and get the house back on the market when we were ready. She was very patient with everything, even though it was a confusing and emotionally difficult situation for my family and I.

Lauren was great at sending me new homes to look at within minutes of them being on the market. She was even able to get me a tour the day before an open house. Through out the whole process she gave amazing recommendations on places to look at and people to hire. Once I found my dream home, she was able to keep the process moving quickly. Lauren was always available to talk and explain things. She could answer any question I had and was clear about the whole process. Overall incredibley professional and helpful! Lauren was able to find me my dream home! I am so thankful I was able to work with her! I am so grateful for everything she did and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
