Seller reviewChoosing Tammy Baumgartner was a "no-brainer" due to the fact that she had grown up so close to our home and knew our family well. We knew she would be a lot of help to us, knew the area, and would guide us in selling the property in the best way possible. Tammy Baumgartner gave input, answered questions in a timely manner, and covered all aspects of the sale in a professional and thorough manner. When we decide to sell our own residence, we will certainly try to have Tammy be the realtor for us.

Buyer reviewI have purchased 3 homes over the years and my best experience by far was this purchase. Tammy Baumgartner and Century 21 will be my realtor from this point forward. The purchase price was not a large amount. It is a small home purchased for my son. She went above and beyond and always responded to my questions the same day. I felt that she put as much effort into finding this home for us as she would of for someone with a large budget. I would recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a great realtor. I couldn't be happier!

We spoke on the phone and within an hour she had called me back with several showings scheduled. We were thrilled.
