Seller reviewWhen I decided to put my house on the market, I was anxious. I currently live on the west coast and I knew that trying to get the house together from thousands of miles away was going to be a hassle. Not with Beth. She immediately put my mind at ease and the entire process was seamless. After speaking with her and creating a plan, my nerves went, "bye bye." Beth was always available to answer any question, and if she didn't have the answer right then and there, she later found it in a very reasonable amount of time. She offered advice, while leaving room to make personal choices. Not only that, before putting my home on the market, her keen eye spotted all of the details and repairs that were needed to make the house marketable. As a result, we had 7 offers in 2 days with almost 20 showings. The house official closed in little over a month. If you are looking for a relator, Beth is who you should choose - no question. Through her hard word and grit, she makes the pains of selling a home super easy.
