She even offered to pay for rush-processing fee (that the sellers refused to pay, although this was caused by their late action) for us to close before our loan rate-lock expiration, later for rate-lock extension (We couldn't close before rate-lock expiration because of sellers' side reasons.), which made me feel crying.
