Buyer reviewMelissa Cann was our agent and she was awesome. My husband is a veteren so we chose a VA home loan and Melissa was knowledgeable about such purchases. She also worked well with our lender thru veteran's united to get things done in a timely manner. Melissa is very professional and makes sure her customers are comfortable and happy with their selections/negotiations before moving forward. Melissa was always on time and made sure our appointments never felt rushed. I will recommend Melissa Cann to anyone I know that is in need of buying a home because she she is very friendly, approachable, and knows her job. Overall experience was great. Things went smoothly and faster than I expected in which i also thank our agent Melissa Cann for because she made all of our home buying experience feel simple and quick.

She was always quick to respond to a question or a concern, my budget and wishlist was always a crucial factor in what houses we were looking at, she even helped me find a handyman that finished some projects at my old house! I will always recommend Stephanie to anyone house hunting. I met Theresa for like 10 minutes once, she seemed nice.
