Buyer reviewTheresa Guthrie took the time to listen to me and understood what I was looking for. She was committed to finding me a home from the very beginning. Within a half hour of our first conversation she already had a list of homes that met my standards. She worked around my busy work schedule and was more than willing to take the time to answer any and all of my questions. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous; however, her experience and dedication made the process easy and even fun.

Seller reviewI can not say enough about Theresa Guthrie. She was there for us in the beginning for two months before we even listed with her and continued that all the way thru our sale of our home later I think he year. She stuck with it, was honest and I always dealt she was available anytime. She would answer text, email and phone calls always very promptly. If you ask her a question you will be sure to get an honest answer always. I had a rough time with the sale on my home, not because of anything on Theresa part and she kept me and my wife as calm and educated as possible. I will definatley use her in any real estate I do in the future and would absolutely recommend her to anyone that wants an honest and hard working agent to help the thru the ups and downs of buying or selling.
