Seller reviewMy wife and met Meredith 3 years ago at an open house. We weren't planning to buy or sell at the time. The weather wasn't nice and decided to take a look. We remembered Meredith because she was welcoming, provided good information, and answered any questions we had. After touring the home, Meredith took time to talk with us about the home and neighborhood. Though we didn't buy, we felt comfortable and confident that Meredith would be our realtor. We thought about using a lower commission realtor company, but didn't want less service. Meredith provided wonderful customer service and found us the home we needed. We couldn't be happier! I had already moved out of the area and started a new job when I listed with Meredith. She took care of getting the house ready to go on the market and making arrangements for repairs once the home inspection was complete, allowing me to focus on my new job. She held my hand when I needed it and always kept me up-to-date on what was happening and what to expect.She set realistic expectations and worked with my budget. Overall, she listened to me and understood my needs/and goals, and in the end quickly achieved a better-than-expected result!
