They gave us recommendations as to what to do before we actually listed the house and helped us until every last detail from our inspection was completed. They guided us through all the decisions we had to make, and all went very smoothly. The house sold in two weeks, and we were very pleasantly surprised. My husband and I felt like we were their only clients at the time, which I know was not the case. I would say that the overall process can be very trying and stressful, but they did everything in their power to put us at ease and make this process run more smoothly. The personal attention that both Virginia and Alex gave us as we sold our home was exactly what I needed to get through the emotional process of selling my home of 17 years.
