Seller reviewThis was my first time selling a house, so there were quite a few aspects of the process I was unfamiliar with. I also was not able to be as hands-on as I liked, because I had already moved out of the state by the time the house was on the market. Mallori Hoffert was there evey step of the way to answer any questions and keep me up to date on what was happening. Her experience and expertise put my mind at ease and made me confident the house was in good hands until closing day. Mallori was wonderful to work with every step of the way. Communication between myself, the realtors involved, and the buyer went smoothly, documents to sign were sent out quickly, and I appreciate Mallori's timely responses for when I had a last minute question. Mallori handled everything with care and professionalism, I couldn't be more happy with how the sale and closing went.

Seller reviewMallori is very knowledgeable, personable, punctual, and a great communicator. If she didn't know the answer to a question I had, she would always call me back not long after with an answer. She would always take my calls, listen, and implement what we would talk about. This was a difficult sale in that it wasn't typical. This was a property with a business on it which made the pool of interested buyers very small. She always had great advice and would help me through the frustrating process. I will definitely use Mallori again in the future.
