After sitting down and meeting with her, we felt very confident we would be taken care of very well, and we didn't feel as though we needed to seek out another broker or real estate company. Kate was an incredibly professional, friendly realtor with whom we had a good working relationship. She is excellent at communication, ensuring all our questions and concerns were dealt with in a prompt manner. We have absolutely no negative feedback regarding our experience with her - our home buying experience was A+ from start to finish!

Not only was Kate extremely responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable, she was able to find me a home in a matter of weeks allowing me to close escrow by the time my lease ended. She was a joy to work with and very experienced about the whole process. She was able to explain everything in a way that put my mind, as first time home buyers, at ease. She was always available, day or night, and really went above and beyond in terms of helping me each step of the way. I would definitely recommend her!
