This was a difficult sale due to seller having no knowledge of a second mortgage which led to a short sale and a review by Rocket mortgage which dragged out the closing date by about 60 days. Mikayla was very helpful with good communication throughout.

Mikayla did such a great job. I've been trying for YEARS to contact the owner of the vacant lot next to my house to see if they'd be interested in selling. But the county info was incomplete, and all I could do was write old-fashioned letters to this out-of-state elderly land owner in the hopes that she'd open my mail and call me back. It never worked. SO FRUSTRATING. I tried with another realtor once... and they blew me off. Never heard from them again. I contacted Mikayla on a whim because of her flyer I got in the mail. Never thought I'd hear back. But I did. Within a week, Mikayla had this lady on the phone, and somehow made it appealing to sell her land. It wasn't that easy, though. Just from tax records, I figure the owner must've been about 90. It seemed like quite an inconvenience for her. Mikayla spent a LOT of time on the phone guiding her through the process and I'm honestly very glad to NOT have been a part of that. I feel like a lot more work went into this than a normal real estate deal. In my perspective, I gave Mikayla a task I thought impossible. And now, here I sit, owning the property I thought I'd never have. Her kindness, patience, and knowledge throughout the whole process was second to none. And I can't recommend her enough. And, I suppose I should mention Kirkland Kettleson and Century 21 Affiliated as well. Great work from everyone involved. Highly recommended.
