After that, we couldn't have asked for a more motivated guide to help get us through the rental process. Her turn-around was fantastic, which was particularly great for us since we were working on a tight schedule. Her house selections were spot-on considering what we were looking for. She continued to provide excellent service throughout the entire process. Dawn's knowledge of the area was also quite helpful. She was able to consult us on the local area in addition to the qualities of the home itself, which really helped us feel secure in our decision. I seriously can't overstate how much we appreciated Dawn's work ethic while helping us through this process. We were on a tight time frame and she helped us overcome that with time to spare. We couldn't have pulled this move off as smoothly as we did without her proactive and timely help. We'll definitely be calling Dawn Turner for our future home-buying needs!

Happened to find Hellena at an open house. Glad we did! Hellena was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. She was very willing to do open houses and worked hard to get us offers. Hellena was super awesome and did a great job! Will work with her to buy our next house because she did so well! She really made our house stand out by paying for professional photography when getting pictures for the listing, this goes a long way!!! Hellena was not pushy what so ever, this was pretty important to us also! Accountability is a very important characteristic for me personally and I was impressed with the way Hellena followed up on items. When she said she was going to do something we learned to really count on it happening. Whenever she said she would do something it happened, and happened in a timely manner. A+++ We had had some interractions with other realtors prior to Hellena. They said they would take information from us on what type of house we were looking for but then we never heard from them. While at an open house my wife and I attended, Hellena mentioned she could help us look for a house and would send us some listings so we gave her our e-mails. I was happy to see several items by the next day from Hellena, she also asked for more clarification of what WE were looking for so she wouldn't send us listings that we wouldn't be interested in!!! We definitely would recommend her and HAVE already several times to friends!!!

Hellena was very helpful throughout this whole process of finding the right house for our family. She was on top of things day and night, anytime of the day even real late at night. She was so patient with us, I know we were pretty picky at times. I would definitely recommend Hellena because she really tries her hardest to find the home that is right for you and your family and doesn't try to push on every house that pops up on the market!
