His understanding of the current market at both the local and national level was easily leaps and bounds above that of his competitors. Seller reviewWe were very fortunate to connect with Tony Z since moving to the New Lenox area in 1999. Tony helped us purchase our first home, and later had it sold above the asking price in less than 3 days. We had similar experiences utilizing his expertise for 3 more local moves over the years. Without exception, even under very difficult market conditions in 2009, Tony still managed to help steer us through another purchase. Most recently, Tony made himself available for at least 20 showings over 3 weeks and his input was an important factor in our decision making process. No one knows and understands the local area better, which is not surprising as he grew up here, and remains engaged in several aspects of the community. Tony always put our needs first and is not afraid to speak up when he sees potential issues - we very much appreciate his input and expertise, as buying and selling a home is a critical decision.

Buyer reviewSelling your home is one thing and while equally important, no where near as important as the home you are purchasing. There is a difference in an agent who is just looking to make a deal and an agent who becomes clearly committed to meeting your objectives. He even forced us to question certain things that we may not have thought about in an attempt to make sure we were making the "right" decision based upon his first conversation about what we told him we were looking for. He was able to read us. In the home we just purchased, the process and what we truly ended up with is far beyond what I had thought they would be. Really, he's an agent that is committed. You don't see that often. Couldn't be happier. To see how happy our kids are too in that this was a big change for them as well is beyond a piece of mind.

Seller reviewGiven the highs and lows of the market conditions, we felt that Tony Z really did all he could during the low peaks of the market to try to market our home. When it finally sold, we couldn't say enough for his negotiation and goals to get the deal done for both parties. "Satisfied" wouldn't even begin to come close. He wasn't just in it to make the deal, he clearly felt committed to his clients and making sure that he was meeting our expectations.
