Because I'm purchasing long-distance, Justin Longardner is my eyes and he has walked through a property with my on Facetime, zoomed in on details of interest to me, answered every question and been a great supporter of my investments. He is incredibly talented and knows the market, local trends, and is well versed in understanding homes. He took me to coffee the first time I met him to give me an understanding of the process and even came to the rescue to sniff out a potential gas leak after I had purchased the home. He was responsive and timely always and brought the hype to the table every time we met! I would highly recommend Justin to anyone looking for a home. Fantastic !!
