Seller reviewI initially met Jeff when I was looking to buy a place. Unfortunately that didn't turn out well. I got a job offer in texas and he was very helpful in getting my place on the market and sold. When I was looking to buy he helped out a lot. Understood what I needed and wanted and help prevented me buying a place that would have been to much for me to handle. He was patient and never pressured me into placing an offer.

Buyer reviewJeff went out of his way to be helpful and gather information on the property throughout the sale. Notably, there was a problem with the roof that kind of slipped past the inspection. Jeff had our best interest at hand was not about to let us pay a fortune for a house with a faulty roof. It ended up that the seller put on a new roof after the property sold. Jeff went out of his way to verify that yes indeed, the sellers put on the new roof. He made a special trip out to the property after the sale and took pictures of the new roof. That's just the kind of guy that Jeff is. He is very honest, has very high integrity, and follows through on what he says he's going to do. I would use Jeff again in a heartbeat.
