Seller reviewWe had an excellent experience with Mike. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our house sold for the most value. This included behind the scenes marketing of our home and hosting an open house immediately after the home went on the market. The results were that the home sold in under 3 days and for more than list price! It should also be mentioned that when you use Mike, you also get the added support of his wife who is also a real estate agent. On a personal note, Mike and his wife Heather are wonderful "family oriented" people. We really enjoyed working with them, as they are the kind of people you'd want to have as good friends!

Nothing was too much trouble for him Mike managed the process - he went out of his way to make sure it was not a difficult process and he was the pivot point - no handing off to others Mike also took on the task of emptying the house, setting up an auction of the contents I knew Mike would do a goo job, in the end he did a GREAT job
