My wife and I had used a very subpar realtor for 2 houses both buying and selling prior to knowing that he wasn't very knowledgeable or able to represent us how we should be. After doing our research and working through reviews we knew for sure that Lori was easily the best in the area and she answered the call on the first ring right then. Lori is not only what you expect when you want a realtor to uphold your interest but she also has endless knowledge to handle any situation that you could encounter. I would personally recommend Lori to all my family and friends because I know she would get the job done as good or better than I would want it done myself.

This is our second sale while working with Lori Mayo and we couldn't imagine ever working with anyone else. Our house not only sold for more than we expected and in the first weekend but Lori and her team helped us navigate the offers and execute on a deal that was absolutely perfect for our situation. There simply isn't a better real estate team than Lori Mayo. The entire Lori Mayo team is second to none and we will continue to recommend her and her team to everyone we can. You just won't find a more knowledgeable, qualified, professional than Lori. She truly is the gold standard and I am so thankful we have her on our side.

It took me a while to get around to doing this feedback for Lori because i have done so many for her . i didnt want to repeat or say the same things . There are times you don't want to use friends in business dealings. Lori is a very close personal friend and i wouldn't consider using anyone else just because of that alone. But Lori is by far the best realtor i know or have dealt with on either side of a deal and i have dealt with many in the last 20plus years. She works hard to represent her clients well and uses her experience and skills to benefit her clients. Of course i think she gives me special attention but i suspect all her clients feel the same. In my opinion, not only is Diane professional, she is kind, patient and understanding of her clients' needs. She does not treat people like she is better than them and explains every process of the sale. She knows what her client expects and she delivers. It was a pleasure working with Diane and getting to know her. I would choose her again.

The team made everything an absolute breeze! It was one of the most smooth processes I have ever experienced. If you want things done quickly but correctly with out any hiccups, I recommend Lori Mayo and her team! I loved how the team didn't pressure me into a certain price, a certain offer, respected the value and process, and handled all the details! I figured I would have tons of questions selling such a huge investment of mine, but all my questions were answered before they even came up! I would highly recommend Lori Mayo and her team for any real estate needs! It was on of the best experiences I have had in the real estate process. Everything was super smooth, I didn't have to worry about anything, the team handled and covered every part of the process, I didn't have any questions because everything was throughly explained before it happened. I blinked and the home was sold!
