Buyer reviewUnlike many other realtors, Fran couples knowledge of real estate with taking her clients' best interest into consideration. I have dealt with many realtors. Most don't know much or have any insight to offer. Fran and Mark both are extremely knowledgeable regarding every aspect of real estate from start to finish, and have consistently fought for my best interests and gone to bat for me. I will always use them in any future real estate deals.

Buyer reviewThe reason why i hired Frannie to both sell my home and help me look for a new home was because she is a true professional and understands her profession better than anyone else, I have encountered. What makes her especially successful is her understanding of the entire process. She was very helpful on referring me to a great mortgage company, directing me to a moving company and was very knowledgeable about how to navigate the offer and negotiation process. Her attention to detail to ensure everything got done timely made my home selling and buying experience much simpler and allowed me to feel confident that everything was going to be okay. Stability is important when buying and selling a home and Frannie oozes both professionalism and stability for her clients. She was always prepared and on-time for all appointments. She is also caring and wants to genuinely help her customers. I am grateful to have Frannie as my relator and would absolutely refer anyone to her without hesitation.

Seller reviewWe needed someone to maximize value for us without a lot of expense (money OR time) during an overwhelming season in our lives. We also desperately needed someone to properly represent us at closing since we could not be there. We got both and everything went much better than we could have possibly hoped for!

Seller reviewI've heard through friends that Fran is a very professional agent/broker. The sale this house was an estate sale. Dealing the stresses of having my mom pass was enough to deal with alone. She took care of all the paperwork,inspections and miscellaneous items to make this transaction went smooth and comfortable one. To me Real estate transactions can be very stressful and communication is key .Problems can arise becuase so many hands in the pot. When you have a professional person in the real estate world they handle a lot of issues behind the scenes. I have no doubt there were issues that were addressed before it got to me that she handled. I recommend this realtor not just because it sold over asking price with in a week but because it went flawlessly nothing happened unexpectedly and all the questions were answered immediately. She answers her phone or gets back to you in a very timely fashion and a professional manner no matter what time of day. So again I say thanks Fran for making this uncomfortable situation a very pleasant one. Hope to be doing transactions with you in the future.

Buyer reviewFirst time working with Mark Lanzilotti and it was a pleasure. I buy multiple properties a month and dealing with agents that don't understand what I do is sometimes a challenge. Not with Mark. He was very straight forward, understood what I do for a living, and always responded promptly regardless of the issue with the property or Seller delays. I already asked him if he has anything else that fits for what I am looking to buy, and I am looking forward to the next one!
