Pat showed me the comps in the area and then we agreed on the best price to list my house. My house sold in one day and had to move fast to find us a new home. Pat was there whenever I needed anything and she has the patience of a saint to deal with me. I would refer Pat to all my friends. She worked hard for us to find a house and would answer all my questions no matter what time of day it was. To be honest If I was in the market for a new house I would go with Pat no matter what company she works for. Pat is one of a kind and her knowledge of the market is outstanding.

We had already moved out of state and Pat kept us well informed and communicated well throughout the whole process. She "held our hand" long distance and kept these two "professional worriers" as calm as we could be. We would not hesitate to recommend Pat McGuffey to others and, in fact, already have given her card to our neighbor that may be selling her home within the next year. This was our third home and Pat's service definitely stood head and shoulders above any other realtor we've ever dealt with. Nothing but good things to say about her! Other realtors could take some lessons from her on professionalism, timeliness and communication! So happy we dealt with her!
